We want you to be satisfied with your Localook reports. Because our reports are generated using AI and publicly available data, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. This policy outlines when you may be eligible for a refund.
2. When Refunds Are Available
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Report failed to generate: If a technical issue on our end prevented your report from being delivered, you will receive a full refund automatically.
- Significantly incomplete report: If the generated report is missing major sections or contains substantially less data than expected for your business category and location, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same report twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Billing error: If you were charged an incorrect amount, we will refund the difference or the full amount as appropriate.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not available in these situations:
- You provided incorrect business details (wrong address, misspelled business name, wrong industry) that led to inaccurate results. In this case, we may offer a discounted re-generation with corrected details.
- You simply changed your mind after the report was delivered.
- The report was delivered as described but did not meet subjective expectations about the depth of publicly available data for your specific location or industry.
- More than 14 days have passed since the report was delivered.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email, the report in question, and a brief description of the issue.
- Alternatively, submit a request through our Support page.
We aim to review all refund requests within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Free Tier (Starter Reports)
Starter reports are provided at no cost. Since no payment is involved, no refund is applicable. If you experience issues with a Starter report, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Refund requests are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
