Localook is an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform that generates market analysis reports for local businesses. Reports are generated using publicly available data from sources such as Google Places, Yelp, social media, and other public listings.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a report or subscription, you agree that:

• All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect reports already purchased.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Localook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
